As a Junior IT Support Specialist (Intern) you will be part of the IT Services team in Rolle, Switzerland by assisting in the following tasks:
- Internal users support (Helpdesk).
- Jira tickets triage and proper categorization.
- User accounts and accesses configuration.
- IT equipment stock and inventory.
- Purchasing desktops, laptops, mobile phones, accessories, licenses, and others.
- Finance support invoices, purchase requests, credit card expenses.
This list of tasks is not exhaustive, you could work on other projects as well.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the Apple environment, Office 365.
- Perfect command of English
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Team player, but also able to work autonomously
