Say Social, an innovative and fast-growing digital agency in the marketing and advertising industry, is seeking a Motion Designer to join its dynamic team. As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging content that helps our clients effectively promote their brands across digital platforms. You will work closely with our creative and account teams to concept, design, and execute digital campaigns that drive measurable results for our clients. • Develop and execute visually appealing and on-brand motion graphic content for digital campaigns
• Work closely with creative and account teams to understand project requirements and client goals
• Conceptualize and execute script ideas for storyboards and animations
• Utilize specialized software and equipment to create and edit content
• Collaborate with team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Keep up-to-date on industry trends and implement innovative techniques to achieve project goals
• Edit raw video footage and incorporate sound effects and music to create engaging content

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer or related position
• Expertise in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• A strong portfolio that showcases your experience and creativity
• Experience working with digital campaigns and delivering measurable results
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for and knowledge of digital media and marketing.
• Italian and English with strong verbal and written communication skills
