Limula SA is a Life Science start-up based in Lausanne, Switzerland. Position Summary
To support Limula in the development of the best possible solution for automated cell therapy manufacturing, we are looking for a highly motivated intern to support Limula with strategy and business development through research of competitors, interviews of experts and key-opinion leaders, market assessments, etc. Limula offers paid internships as a path to potential future positions within the company.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate application opportunities for our products, in Cell amp; Gene Therapy, and beyond.
- Analyse competitive landscape.
- Data collection using web and literature-based research, expert interviews.
- Establish and manage a framework for collecting and storing information.
- Qualitative analyses e.g. trend identification.
- Quantitative analyses e.g. market sizing models.
- Document findings, prepare presentations for internal and external use.
Requirements
- Studying for a university degree or freshly graduated MSc in Life Sciences, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
- Previous experience working in a similar role would be a plus, ideally in a start-up environment.
- Applicants currently pursuing or holding an MBA are also strongly encouraged to apply.
- Interest in market aspects related to healthcare and biotechnology industry.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis.
- Ability to gather information in an independent and reliable manner.
- Creative, pro-active, self-motivated, flexible personality, ready to assume a wide variety of tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Willing and able to work on-site at Biopôle, Lausanne, Switzerland. Part-time remote available.
