Batgroup was created in order to reinforce our primary mission: the fight against Black Market and making sure that the cleaning industry workers have the coverage and insurances that they should benefit from. Within the Batgroup we have a variety of identities that we provide, allowing a large assortment of services from booking a cleaning through Batmaid, to hiring their house cleaning employee through Batsoft.

For this reason, we are looking for a young and passionate talent for an internship as Business Development to join our team at our office in Lugano, Ticino (Switzerland), ideally from August.

Your Missions :

External Recruitment

• Screening the applications of potential new cleaning agents
• Interviewing candidates to qualify them up to the Batmaid standards
• Hiring and onboarding of qualified of cleaning agents
• Agent retention and management during lifecycle within the company

Customer Experience

• Supporting customers in their daily requests and needs
• Managing and proposing the best solution that suits their requests and needs
• Responsible for ensuring the excellence of our day-to-day operations
• Customer retention and satisfaction during the client lifecycle within the company.

B2B

• Supporting the HQ B2B team in their prospects
• Ensuring proper management of requests from potential new customers
• Understand client needs and propose a tailor-made offer based on their requirements.
• Organising the service and monitoring B2B customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• A sociable, friendly, and positive attitude.
• Fluent in Italian and English is mandatory.
• Faculty to handle complaints and be solution-oriented.
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills.
• Ability to perform with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
• Proactivity and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Humble, hard-working, self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
