We are looking for a visionary product lead (m/f/d) who can understand and leverage the power of artificial intelligence. As Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) you will:
- Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- As a first step, you will primarily scale the costumer testing group and then develop the go-to-market strategy including building and managing a community - this requires experience in growth marketing and sales
- Work in close collaboration with the founders and the product team
- Plan and prioritize work alongside Engineering and Design in order to ship high-quality products at a fast pace
- Develop and track metrics that ladder up to the company’s objectives
- Gather and translate insights from users to prioritize product features that attract and retain customers
- Help to establish the Product Management culture and hiring processes
- Mentor and coach a team of product managers
Requirements
- Team player abilities with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- High level of user empathy
- Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to grow and operate with autonomy in an often-unpredictable, fast paced startup environment
- Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem solving skills
- 5+ years of product management experience and a demonstrated experience with SaaS products
- Growth marketing and sales experience (go-to-market strategy, community building, marketing)
- Experience in leading and coaching product teams while working with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of AI / ML and first-hand experience working with AI / ML-powered technology products is a Plus
- Experience with Agile software development, sprint grooming and planning
- Comfortable working across time zones and different cultures
- Experience with design thinking and user experience design is a Plus
