Job Description

We are looking for a visionary Head of Product and Growth (m/f/d) who can understand and leverage the power of artificial intelligence. You will head Product AND Growth, which go hand in hand. As the Head of Product and Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies that drive revenue and user acquisition. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and execute growth initiatives across the funnel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully scaling early-stage B2B SaaS startups while managing a team and leveraging data-driven insights.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the company's growth strategy and manage the product team
  • You will work closely with the engineering team in order to implement features that early access members are asking for
  • As a first step, you will primarily scale and enhance the experience of our early access program (initial testing group) and then develop the go-to-market strategy including building and managing a communitythis requires experience in growth marketing and sales
  • Analyse data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize the customer acquisition funnel
  • Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies that drive brand awareness, user acquisition and retention
  • Manage relationships with external partners and key stakeholders to drive growth
  • Drive revenue through the development of pricing and monetization strategies
  • Track market trends, competitive insights, and customer needs to inform growth strategies
  • Work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, and data science to ensure alignment to growth goals and priorities
  • Lead a small product team of product owners/designers

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product management or a related field
  • Proven track record of scaling early-stage B2B SaaS startups
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make strategic decisions
  • Experience developing and executing growth strategies that drive revenue and user acquisition
  • Experience managing a team and building a strong culture that attracts top talent
  • Language skills: Native English speaker or English C2 level
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and verbal)
  • Team player and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Eager to learn and easily adaptable
  • Passionate and dedicated
  • Independent and self-driven
  • Availability after hours and willingness to work from home/weekends when necessary
