After-School Nanny/Babysitter/Manny in Coppet - ASAP

Are you a responsible, energetic, and caring individual with a passion for working with children? We are currently seeking a dedicated after-school nanny or manny to take care of two children of 7 and 3 years old in Coppet. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with kids, ensuring their safety, and creating positive experiences during the crucial after-school hours.

Position: After-School Nanny/Manny

Location: Coppet

Hours: 15:30 - 18:30, Monday to Friday (15 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport children from school to their home, engaging in cheerful conversations along the way (driving will be 90% of the position)
• Safely transport children to their extra-curricular activities
• Plan and organize age-appropriate activities that are both entertaining and educational.
• Assist with homework assignments and ensure a productive study routine.
• Foster a warm and supportive environment that encourages learning, growth, and creativity.
• Maintain a neat and organized environment, including cleaning up after activities.
• Assist with basic household tasks related to the children's care.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding the children's daily activities, progress, and any concerns.

Requirements

• EU passport, Swiss passport or valid Swiss Work permit
• Previous experience working with children, either as a nanny, manny, teacher, or in a related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Driving will constitute a significant portion of the role.
• Enthusiasm for engaging in sports and active play with the children.
• Basic knowledge of childhood development and safety guidelines.
