Quality Assurance Manager (Contract)

Location: Remote (potential travel to end client location on an ad hoc basis, although not mandatory)

Requirements

Position Overview:

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be the face of the QA efforts of the project with a high level of visibility, in front of key client stakeholders. You will be responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts of one stream of a multi-phase, long-term, global project.

Key Responsibilities/ Qualifications:

• Capable of hands-on manual testing of the application. In particular, testing API call/responses. Nice to have: experience using SAP CRM products, Pega and Solace.

• Experience in leveraging test automation, especially in regard to testing APIs, although no hands-on script writing experience necessary.
• Expertise on QA reporting best practices.
• Experience coordinating with other QA Managers (preferably internationally) on the project to build alignment and promote QA best practices.
• Writing, delivering and executing test plans, including SIT amp; UAT.
• Confident communicator with high levels of 'corporate intelligence' and client-facing skills.
