Batgroup was created in order to reinforce our primary mission: the fight against Black Market and making sure that the cleaning industry workers have the coverage and insurances that they should benefit from. Within the Batgroup we have a variety of identities that we provide, allowing a large assortment of services from booking a cleaning through Batmaid, to hiring their house cleaning employee through Batsoft.
For this reason, we are looking for a German speaker Customer Experience to be based at our office in Zürich, Switzerland.
Your mission:
- Manage incoming calls and emails coming from both our clients amp; our agents,
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication,
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools,
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing internal feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Participate in projects on operational continuous improvement and process development
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English is a must, French and any other language is a plus.
- Faculty to handle complaints and be solution-oriented.
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills.
- Ability to perform with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
- Proactivity and ability to work with minimal supervision. Hard-worker, self-starter with roll-up-your sleeves attitude.
- Social, friendly, and motivated attitude
- Fast learner and ability to multitask.
- Hands-on personality and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
