Eram Talent is looking for an experienced Contract Officer to join their team in the infrastructure industry. As a Contract Officer, you will play a key role in the company's success by ensuring that the contracts for Eram Talent's clients are delivered on time and meet their needs. You will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from reviewing and drafting contracts to negotiating terms and monitoring compliance. • Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting to execution and closure.
• Review and negotiate contract terms to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Work closely with clients to understand their contract needs and objectives.
• Ensure that all parties to the contract understand their obligations and monitor compliance.
• Identify and mitigate contract risks.
• Collaborate with other teams, including legal, finance, and sales, to ensure smooth contract implementation.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in the Oil amp; Energy industry.
• Strong understanding of contract law and best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in reviewing and drafting contracts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
