Here's what you'll do:
- Content Creation Collaboration:
a. Collaborate with the marketing team, including designer, marketing manager and copywriting agency to ensure the development of high-quality and engaging content (such as blog posts, newsletters, and other larger pieces of content)
b. Provide guidance and input to the copywriting agency regarding content topics, tone of voice, and messaging
c. Review and provide feedback on content drafts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the intended objectives
- CRM tools: Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships, track leads, and execute email marketing campaigns
- Website Analytics: Monitor website analytics using tools such as Google Analytics to track website performance, user behaviour, and traffic sources
- SEO Optimization: Assist in implementing basic SEO optimizations to improve the search engine visibility and ranking of marketing content
- Assisting the Marketing Team: Support the marketing team in organizing and coordinating events, global tradeshows and webinars
- Research and Ideation: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights to generate fresh and innovative ideas for content
Requirements
This is what you'll need:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharma/logistics industry
- Exceptional proof-reading skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to implement projects and campaign
- Familiarity with SEO principles
- Strong research and analytical skills to gather and interpret data and industry trends
- Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with marketing tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms
- English as a mother tongue or proven related Business English with at least a C2 level
