In this role, you will be responsible for our commercial development within the pharmaceutical industry globally, with a focus on the digital transformation of Patient Support Programs.
Objectives
You will identify opportunities to build new commercial relationships with pharmaceutical brands, levering our virtual care platform to offer a variety of beyond-the-pill, patient support initiatives.
You will:
- demonstrate the value of our services to pharmaceutical Brand, Innovation and Medical teams;
- develop custom programs and innovative deployments to improve patient adherence and positively impact health outcomes;
- negotiate mutually favourable commercial relationships and partnerships.
Tasks
- Research pharmaceutical industry news amp; product launches to identify potential opportunities.
- Contact relevant organisations to establish new lines of communication.
- Build relationships with key decision makers within pharmaceutical companies globally.
- Conduct meetings to understand the needs of potential clients and partners.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the Abi service.
- Work with your colleagues to prepare proposals and pricing.
- Negotiate and close commercial contracts.
- Ensure a smooth transition and launch of new commercial relationships.
- Help with ongoing improvements to the service.
Requirements
You are available for a full time role based in Ireland, the UK, Spain or Switzerland.

Your skills amp; experience
- At least 5 years of experience in and/or with the pharmaceutical sector
- At least 2 years of experience working with Patient Support Programs
- Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical product lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills, spoken and written
- Able to build strong relationships quickly
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Able to agree mutually beneficial commercial agreements
- Excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical industry procurement process
- PowerPoint/Keynote/Slides; Word/Docs; Excel/Sheets.
- Fluent spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage)
