As a Senior Product Manager at Futurae, you will be a key leader responsible for driving the success of our product portfolio. You will work closely with the CPO and cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and execute product strategies that align with our business goals. Your expertise in product management will contribute to the continued growth and market leadership of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
- Contribute to defining the product vision and strategy.
- Communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product priorities and objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to make informed product decisions.
- Develop business cases, product requirements, and go-to-market plans.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and drive improvements.
- Mentor and guide other product team members.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Masters, MBA, or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in bringing products to market and driving their success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in cybersecurity, fraud, or complex B2E products.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with products with high degrees of interconnectedness (backend, frontend, mobile SDKs).
- Understanding of security best practices (OWASP) and security concepts in general (cryptography, secure protocols, etc.).
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Data Studio.
- Proven success in launching products in international markets.
- Understanding of core banking, payments, identity amp; access management, digital wallets.
