Job Description

We are an investment and trading firm with offices based in Zug and Zurich, Switzerland.

We are looking for an Administrative Intern (f / m, 100%) responsible for analytical and administrative tasks. The chosen candidate will be highly motivated, with strong PowerPoint skills, as well as experience in Excel and Word.

As an Administrative Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and administrative functions. This internship provides a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in a fast-paced and professional setting. The successful candidate will gain exposure to various aspects of finance and trading and develop valuable skills that will lay the foundation for a successful career in administration.

This role is intended for recent graduates or students looking for a long-term placement. You should be motivated to learn in a small but growing team. A response will only be given to candidates who fit the criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Support the coordination of meetings and events, including scheduling, room setup, and preparing materials.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and assignments.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
