Batgroup was created in order to reinforce our primary mission: the fight against Black Market and making sure that the cleaning industry workers have the coverage and insurances that they should benefit from. Within the Batgroup we have a variety of identities that we provide, allowing a large assortment of services from booking a cleaning through Batmaid, to hiring their house cleaning employee through Batsoft.
We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team in Lausanne, Switzerland, this role will be a mix of controlling and accounting tasks.
Finance Manager’s responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Overseeing all financial control activities, including the review and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures
- Coordinate and ensure completion of annual audit, ensure that appropriate monitoring of the company finance is maintained.
- Ensure the quality and timely execution of month-end closing and reporting as well as quarterly Group consolidation
- Preparing financial reports and analyzing financial data
- Supporting the formulation of the companies and group budgets and ensuring adherence to the budget
- Support the CFO with ad hoc projects and analysis
- Timely establish and submit tax and VAT returns
- Develop and drive necessary financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Ensure effective cash flow planning and management
- Provide business partnering support to local and international markets
Requirements
- Federal Diploma as Expert in Accounting and Controlling
- Proven experience as Accounting and Finance Manager
- Experience in controlling is a strong asset
- Full understanding of Swiss GAAP and IFRS
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office accounting ERP (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Fluent in English and good German at a minimum is required, French is a plus
- Experience in startup / scaleup business environment is a plus
- Flexibility, adaptability and curiosity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Perform well under pressure
