In order to support the sourcing, recruitment and onboarding of several positions, we are looking for an in-house Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Geneva.

Working closely with the HR department in Geneva, you will:

  • Source profiles (LinkedIn), including publication of job requisitions on different channels and platforms, screening candidates' documents and actively contacting potential candidates;
  • Assist the organization and conducting of interviews and follow-up on the results of debriefings;
  • Taking references;
  • Administrative management of new appointments and onboarding on the Geneva site;
  • Support the drafting of employment contracts or amendments for new employees whenever needed;

Requirements

Your education and previous experience
• University degree or equivalent in human resources or business administration, or engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally with an international exposure.
• Experience interviewing and working for multicultural environments.
• Fluent in English and French mandatory (C1 level). Knowledge of other languages, particularly German, is a
strong asset.

• Strong customer service orientation and planning, organization, priority setting and negotiation skills to manage multiple files with competing priorities.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to deal with ambiguity and reprioritize tasks in response to unexpected changes in priorities/requests.
• Experience and/or interest in technical profiles.
• Respect for confidentiality and HR ethics.
• Handle stress well.
