Test Automation Engineer (m/w/d)

Qualitest is looking for an Automation Test Engineer to work with an industry leader in VR/AR devices.

• Modifying existent Unreal and Unity projects for validating internal API’s
• Working on automation infrastructure to determine best practices and bring forward solutions to challenges
• Writing automated test cases within existing automation infrastructure
• Investigating automation failures
• Reporting and tracking bugs found by automation
• Modifying existing automation to fix errors (additional for project manager)
• Developing and maintaining a backlog of test cases to automate in partnership with QA leadership
• Coordinating and communicating with partner development teams on their test cases that need automation
• Reporting on progress and blockers the test engineer's encounter

Requirements

Skills

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Expert ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Intermediate knowledge Unreal and Unity
• Intermediate knowledge C++

Experience

• Experience writing automated functional tests
• Experience writing small apps in Unreal and Unity
