The Role
As the Account Partner for Veeva Vault Safety, you will be part of the team representing the Vault Development Cloud Applications (primarily Quality and Regulatory, Safety and Clinical, where applicable) in the marketplace.
The Account Partner will be responsible for generating opportunities, winning business and managing strategic relationships with named global pharma companies headquartered in Europe primarily in the PV and Safety space.
A strong understanding of the life sciences industry and specifically pharmacovigilance, enterprise software sales cycle and a passion for making market changes with innovative technology is ideal for this role. Candidates should have at least ten years of experience in enterprise software sales or consultative selling with a proven track record. What You'll Do
  • Understand and present Veeva Vault Safety and inspire interest in defined Global Pharma companies
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the business, IT, and C-level in the Safety domain
  • Meet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets
  • Contribute to team quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
  • Keep current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challenges
  • Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customer
Requirements
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or consulting experience within Life Science
  • Strategic account planning and execution skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentations skills
  • Ability to work with a wide range of customers, from end users to C-level
  • Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
  • A passion for solving customer business problems
  • Must have a team-first mentality
  • Languages -English
Nice to Have
  • Understanding of the drug safety domain
  • Existing knowledge/network of the drug safety market in the DACH or UK region
  • Understanding of Ramp;D software solutions across Clinical, Regulatory, Safety and Quality areas
  • German language
