We are currently recruiting for a Junior Account Manager to join our team in a flexible hybrid capacity working from London.

Join our dynamic commercial team covering sales, account management, marketing, publishing, and partnerships. As a Junior Account Manager, you'll be an integral part of our international team, focusing on providing exceptional digital support to our existing customers and business partners in the DACH region.

Working closely alongside our local Account and Sales Managers, and participating in customer events and trade fairs, you will represent the 'FE fundinfo' brand, while strengthening existing relationships and exploring new business opportunities.

This role is a great entry point for a flourishing career in the Account Management/Business Development area. As a successful candidate, you can expect significant support from a Senior Account Manager during your onboarding.

Your key responsibilities as an Account Manager will be:

  • Responsible for a portfolio of existing client accounts within the business and will be targeted to retain and grow those accounts by utilising our broad variety of digital tools
  • Primary relationship contact within the existing client accounts developing long-term relationships and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
  • Retain and upsell clients by understanding client’s business and requirements to ensure the highest level of service and maximise all potential opportunities
  • Responsible for new products when onboarded by Sales and Customer Success teams into existing accounts
  • Manage and re-negotiate contract renewals (including price increases) on an ongoing basis
  • Identify and qualify cross-sell opportunities with the Sales team which will be recorded via an opportunities pipeline in Salesforce
  • Providing feedback to cross-functional internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Identifying account risks, creating and implementing At Risk plans through to a positive resolution
  • Fully understand our proposition and be able to demo/discuss products/ services in detail and work with Propositions to stay up-to-date
  • Manage the client cancellation process
  • Forecast and track key account metrics in Salesforce
  • Attend and represent the company at marketing, conferences and Industry events
