Job Description

Are you excited by modern technology and passionate about exceptional service? With Luware Ninbus, we have launched a brand-new SaaS solution built and running on state-of-the-art technology. We are looking for a tech-savvy, self-driven person who will ensure a quick and smooth onboarding of our customers, including installation, configuration and training. In this customer-focused role, you will be responsible for delivering our brand-new SaaS solutions to SME and Enterprise customers around the world.

You will join our new Customer Success team, directly driving the development of the team and our products. You work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with an international, close-knit team and a unique company culture. We are looking forward to getting to know you!


Your responsabilities and freedom
  • Responsible for ensuring new customers are onboarded quickly and smoothly (setup, configuration, training).
  • Helping customers with technical questions about the solution and how it integrates into their environment.
  • Proactively managing your portfolio of customers, executing on proactive touchpoints to ensure the customer gets a premium experience.
  • Collaborating with the Product Management team to provide feedback on hiccups during the onboarding process.
  • Regularly hosting customer facing webinars to help them get the most out of the product.
  • Responding to customer support queries.
  • Helping us to develop the processes and ways of working in this new market.

We are looking for tech-lover with customer-focus
  • Tech-savvy personality who is excited by new technology.
  • Experience as a Customer Success Specialist within a SaaS organization is a plus.
  • Very nice to have (but not must) is Azure fundamentals.
  • Laser-focused on exceptional service and customer success.
  • Thinking in use cases rather than features.
  • Excellent communicator in English, German is a big plus.
  • Passion for training and providing customer resolutions.
  • Self-driven, ambitious person who takes responsibility.
