For our Automotive Products Group Business Unit Actuation Systems (BU AS) based in Murten, we are looking for a Global Program Manager, responsible for leading projects and acting as main contact for internal and external customers in all matters.
Responsibilities
- Leading projects from kick-off through development and industrialization until successful introduction in serial production
- Being the central point to the customer and within the company for all project matters
- Leading project team members at multiple locations
- Being responsible to drive the project timeline to achieve internal and customer milestones
- Responsibility for QCD and risk management as well for compliance with internal and customer project management procedures
- Reporting the project status and escalating major project risks to Senior Management
- Supporting Business Development during project acquisition phase
Requirements
- Engineering degree in mechanics, electronics or similar
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in the similar field in the automotive industry
- Experience in a multi-cultural context
- Fluency in English and German, French is an asset
- Reflection of natural authority and the ability to motivate and align your project team
- You can solve conflicts within the team and lead to a common conclusion
- You are assertive to approach other Managers for discussion and alignment
