Our Research Center
With 18 sites across Europe and 1500 researchers, Huawei’s European Research Institute (ERI) oversees fundamental and applied technology research, academic research cooperation projects, and strategic technical planning across our network of European Ramp;D facilities. Huawei’s ERI includes the new Zurich Research Center (ZRC), located in Zurich, Switzerland.
Our Zurich Research Center focus on fundamental and applied technology research as well as academic research cooperation projects.
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR team.. As a key member of our motivated and multicultural team, you will partner with a wide range of stakeholders and handle the end-to-end recruitment process and solution in alignment with the company growth plans.
Ideally, you have a previous experience in technology recruitment and excellent direct sourcing/research skills.
Your responsibilities
- Manage the end to end recruitment cycle (attract, source, select and offer management) for highly specialized technology roles
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to assess their talent requirements and deliver recruitment solutions in line with the business objectives
- Source top talent using a wide range of techniques including headhunting, direct sourcing and networking.
- Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both the technical or business skills as well as culture fit.
- Develop an extensive talent pool in the technology market.
Requirements
Your background
- Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources Management or any other relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sourcing/recruitment, preferably in technology
- Excellent talent mapping and direct sourcing skills
- Ability to develop and maintain form effective relationships at all levels of the business, including senior leaders.
- Familiarity with Technology products and trends
- Open and flexible in your approach, able to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Eagerness to work in a multicultural environment
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
This is a contractor position for 6 months (renewable). The start date is as soon as possible so we are looking for candidates who are available to start immediately.
