HR and Operations Manager (f/m/d)

At Verve Ventures (verve.vc), you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and young team with various nationalities and backgrounds. You will work with the CEOs and the Chief of Staff to ensure the ongoing and smooth operation of our company. With over 100 investment rounds since 2010, Verve Ventures is one of the most active startup investors in Switzerland and Europe.

We are looking for somebody who enjoys taking processes and tasks into their own hands, sees problems and is excited about solving them independently and together with our teams.

What you’ll mainly be doing:

• Work with the Chief of Staff in HR tasks from recruiting to onboarding and employee career development
• Develop and execute HR projects and processes (e.g. learning amp; development, culture amp; diversity, performance reviews)
• Administration and organisation of our office and team, including general correspondence, office supply management, meeting/event organisation and handling of investor and team events
• Monthly salary (tax at source, pension fund, etc) and expense coordination for the CFO, administration of social security and insurance information

Requirements

This job could be for you if:

• You have experience working in a HR role or as an office manager, ideally in a startup environment
• You are happy to take challenges into your own hands and solve them
• You have high attention to detail and you are idea-driven
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
• You have excellent spoken and written English and German skills (French is a plus)
