Who we are looking for
You are an intern who will join our Legal, Risk amp; Compliance unit for three months.
Internship Description
- Support on the implementation of the new risk management tool
- Collecting data and information for the different reporting
- Contributing to the production of dashboards and Ramp;C monthly indicators
- Support on the update of internal policies and controls, notably data protection, outsourcing activities
- Support on the third-party due diligence
- Support on the internal audits, including AML checks
- Continue to manage document input into M-Files, archiving and filing new contracts and corporate documentation;
- Input Legal Templates into M-Files and create documents that can be easily filled in
- Assist with adding and updating content on the intranet page
Requirements
We are looking for a motivated person who is detail-oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment.
More specifically, we have the following requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business administration, Economics, Law or equivalent in Switzerland
- Strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent written and spoken skills in English and French
- Swiss/EU National or valid Swiss Work Permit
- Available immediately for three months
