You are a passionate product manager who sees developing and scaling digital businesses as an exciting prospect, not just a daunting challenge. We need someone who can engage with exciting products and opportunities. Can you:
- Understand customer needs and ideas and transform them into innovative solutions and well-organized projects (on time, on target and on budget)
- Create product roadmaps and present implementation ideas clearly
- Support and/or facilitate innovative approaches in the setup (e.g. design sprints)
- Find ways to offer and implement the best solution for the products customers and importantly, make sure that they can scale the product
- Guide teams through the forming, storming, norming amp; performing process
- Ensure quality and customer and team satisfaction
- Drive marketing-, sales-, and product initiatives
Requirements
Inspire us with your experience. Do you have:
- Profound experience in digital product management and the drive to become an entrepreneur
- A capacity for independent work with a high degree of responsibility and quality awareness
- Excellent planning skills
- A clear and empathetic leadership and communication style as well as a strong consultant mentality
- The skill to Simplify: can you simplify complex project requirements and find excellent solutions
- An openness amp; eagerness to learn whatever is needed to scale the business
- A willingness to go the extra mile to achieve something extraordinary
- Proficient in German, good knowledge of English
