Your role

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Success Manager. As a CSM you will be responsible within our key account team for the successful development of our existing customers from their onboarding onwards with the aim of ensuring that PriceHubble product solutions are used beneficially by PriceHubble customers in the long term. You report directly to the management.

Your daily bread

  • Be in charge of our subscription amp; invoicing management system to make it run smoothly: create subscriptions, manage payment methods, track invoices.
  • Support the Sales Team on Customer Success tasks : first line of support for inquiries from existing customers in your portfolio, evaluation and monitoring of user statistics and the derivation and implementation of recommendations for action from them
  • Provide assistance to the sales team in sending demos accounts, creating reports
  • Existing customer care / proactive relationship management with existing customers
  • First level support for inquiries from existing customers
  • Collection and processing of customer feedback for the further development of the products; close cooperation with the product team
  • Further development of the needs of existing customers in cooperation with the SAM team for a deeper and broader integration of PriceHubble products into the value chain of PriceHubble customers
  • Developing customer relationships that promoting retention and loyalty
  • Close cooperation with customers and ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive

Requirements

  • 3yrs experience in Sales with a proven track record pitching SaaS solutions to the C-Suite within enterprise organizations, with a preference for the finance amp; banking industry
  • Are a natural born hustler, are self-driven and are motivated by getting things done
  • You love crushing sales goals, you have a great level of energy and use it to continually open new doors and opportunities
  • You have excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • You are curious, think out of the box and are great at getting your novel ideas to work and love diving into complex matter to emerge with simple and powerful solutions with drive and passion
  • You have a great command of French and English (spoken and written)
  • You thrive in a startup environment, and are a team player
  • You have a keen interest in real estate, the software world and new technologies (AI, Big Data)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills
  • You enjoy picking up the phone, writing emails, carrying out video chats or holding personal meetings in order to inspire your customers with your committed communication and attitude
  • You are self-driven and motivated by getting things done
  • Customer service - empathy - proactive - customer satisfaction oriented - proactive
