Job Description

Main duties

  • Improve client care through optimisation of processes and client services
  • Having an important role in Project Managment and Transformation in all major business projects
  • Constantly improve processes end to end with a focus on efficiency, costs and client service
  • Responsible for developing initiatives to promote operational excellence across the network
  • Supports the operational teams on the use of business tools and on operational processes as well as the continuous development of these tools and processes
  • Responsible for the monitoring (and therefore the continuous optimization) of the geographical operating footprint in line with resources and the evolving machine park. Also operational teams with organisational structure and route reviews
  • Supports with his team the production of KPIs and the development of new KPIs to support the evolving business
  • Manages a small team of people that comprise the Operation Excellence department
  • Support the operational team in new projects, with particular focus on the data analytics and interpretation of information

Requirements

Professional competence

  • Engineering, Finance or commercial background with a Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Further education in Project Management (e.g. PMI)
  • Languages: English C2 or native, further languages are a plus
  • 3-5 years PMO expierence in service and client oriented company
  • Learned from the best expierence from a top industrial company, where process optimations are done constantly
  • Experience in Transformations and Change Management

  • Strong Project Management skills, knowing metholgies such as Lean Management, Six Sigma black belt etc.
  • A problem solver who can both resolve current issues and build better solutions for the future
  • Used to working with data and proficient in data analysis
  • Self starter, motivated and able to work autonomously
  • A natural leadership and team builder
  • Excellent organisationall skills. Able to manage a large number of ongoing projects and prioritise appropriately
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. At ease in meeting and when delivering presentations
  • Has a detailed understanding of the processes in the field of operations
  • In-depth knowledge of computer and office tools: Knowledge of data visualisation software is a must. Generally ability to process large volumes of data to produce reports
  • Great interest in new technologies, digitisation, data analysis
