Our company is only successful when Canopy is actively used by our clients and that's why we are looking for a Client Success Analyst to join our team.
What you’ll do
As a Canopy Client Success Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with our clients to achieve their goals, monitor their account health and drive engagement activities. You have a passion for delivering good client service and you will constantly think of ways to improve the client experience.
The focus of Client Success Team is to ensure our clients receive maximum value from Canopy’s software and develop a sustainable and long-term relationship with the company. Client acquisition and client retention are key objectives of the team. Our team achieves this via dedicated client management, troubleshooting problems, parsing customer feedback, and collaborating with internal teams on all aspects of the business.
You have passion for delivering great service and improving clients’ experience. You will be trained on internal products and systems, with the expectation that you will seek opportunities to improve or automate existing tools. You should be a quick thinker, be resilient and eager in tackling complex and/or unstructured problems.
