Job Description

Canopy is a "make sense of your data" financial technology firm with traction in the market. We provide aggregation, visualization, analytics, and reporting services to financial institutions, wealth managers, and high-net-worth individuals.

Our company is only successful when Canopy is actively used by our clients and that's why we are looking for a Client Success Analyst to join our team.

What you’ll do

As a Canopy Client Success Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with our clients to achieve their goals, monitor their account health and drive engagement activities. You have a passion for delivering good client service and you will constantly think of ways to improve the client experience.

The focus of Client Success Team is to ensure our clients receive maximum value from Canopy’s software and develop a sustainable and long-term relationship with the company. Client acquisition and client retention are key objectives of the team. Our team achieves this via dedicated client management, troubleshooting problems, parsing customer feedback, and collaborating with internal teams on all aspects of the business.

You have passion for delivering great service and improving clients’ experience. You will be trained on internal products and systems, with the expectation that you will seek opportunities to improve or automate existing tools. You should be a quick thinker, be resilient and eager in tackling complex and/or unstructured problems. This is a unique opportunity to help drive and shape not just your own role and team, but the success for the company.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of day-to-day operational tasks to deliver an exceptional client

  • Manage the client life-cycle post sale and developing the skill set and level of
  • understanding to take ownership over client accounts
  • Help troubleshoot issues and problems that clients encounter
  • Analyze user engagement data, identify actionable insights and implement target models to ensure our company is focused on client success
  • Provide input into the product development and feature prioritization
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product releases to ensure they are ready for our clients
  • Create content and maintain Canopy support site
  • Develop and maintain relevant post-sales marketing materials

Requirements

  • German (ideally Swiss German) and English language skills are a must. French, Italian and other European languages is a plus.
  • Fresh (or recent) graduates are welcome to apply
  • Exposure to banking or wealth management industry
  • Good understanding of financial instruments amp; capital markets (amp; FinTech industry!)
  • Interest in technology and able to grasp concepts quickly
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Enthusiastic with strong desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
  • Able to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Willingness to learn new things and get your hands dirty!

Remuneration

Annual salary range offered: CHF30,000 CHF40,000
