The role:

The Technical Coordinator will provide analytical, technical and procedural support to the Chief Technology Officer.

The ideal candidate will thrive in intense, multitasking, interrupt-driven worlds and enjoy building solutions. They must be able to maintain confidentiality and work well with senior management. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are required, as this candidate must be able to build bridges between groups and to identify the root causes of miscommunication.


Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate collaboration on technical issues both within the technology group and with other teams across the company.
  • Provide technical and architectural research and analyses to support the CTO activities.
  • Participate in technical deep-dive assessments of solutions, individual technologies or infrastructure projects and prepare the results to be presented.
  • Manage meeting preparations, reporting, and other functions within the Technology Leadership group.
  • Prepare before/after meeting actions, including briefs, summaries, action items, minutes, slides.
  • Follow up on projects, summarize and escalate when necessary.
  • Support (or drive if needed) the CTOs special projects
  • Set-up and manage a CTO Dashboard to track overall Technology performance and OKRs
  • Develop successful working relationships with the directors, heads of department and leads within the Technology organizations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant software design and development experience, ideally in cloud based web applications
  • Strong understanding of data modelling and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding technical problem solving and debugging skills
  • Usability Engineering/UX Design experience/training are a plus
  • Extraordinary adaptability and curiosity are essential for this role
