Role

Join Visium’s sales team and actively contribute to our expansion in Switzerland and internationally. You will report directly to our Head of Sales and work closely together with our AI Solution Architects and AI Solution Specialist in a wide range of exciting and challenging tasks for a specific industry.

As the Head of Financial Services, you will be responsible for spearheading our market entry into the financial services sector. At Visium we have completed several AI projects with few private banks. We would like to expand to other major financial services companies such as Credit Suisse, UBS, Julius Baer, as well as institutions such as Six, among others. Besides that, you will nurture and expand the relationships with our existing clients in the financial services sector. You will lead all new initiatives within those accounts and therefore be a decisive factor in our company’s growth. You will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with executives of these world-leading companies while establishing pivotal and meaningful AI Use-Cases.

Working alongside AI Solution Architects, you will ideate, design, and scope AI use-cases from a business and technical point of view to help some of the world’s biggest brands accelerate their AI adoption. Your role will span the entirety of the sales funnel - from gaining new opportunities to nurturing relationships with existing clients and ensuring long-term collaboration.

  • Proven experience and track record as a management consultant respectively sales lead for tailored services or tailored solutions/products - Consultative selling capabilities, strong discovery and opportunity development skills as well as business acumen
  • 5-10 years of top tier management consulting and/or sales experience with project experience in AI, Advanced Analytics, and/or Digital Transformation in general
  • 1+ years in a B2B sales role preferably working in the financial services sector
  • Outstanding knowledge of Google Suite; savvy CRM user (Salesforce is a plus)
  • You are Swiss, hold an unrestricted Swiss work permit or are EU/EFTA national

What you will do

  • Grow Key Accounts as well as expand our AI services and consulting across the Swiss financial services sector to increase sales
  • Consult Visium’s existing and new clients on their AI Strategy, identifying and prioritizing AI use cases, establishing business cases, supporting key stakeholders to set and manage expectations, and ensure appropriate change management for successful adoption of AI initiatives
  • With the help of our AI Solution Architects, conceptualize AI use cases according to the client’s requirements as well as your own analysis of the client’s needs.
  • Interact directly with the head of our Digital amp; AI Consulting practice/Business Development to co-develop the growth strategy and concepts for new digital amp; AI consulting offerings
  • Participating in and leading trade and community events and help in generating enter
