Job Description
MUUME AG is an emerging startup developing an all-in-one digital solution to bring small to medium businesses online. Our aim is to provide businesses that offer calendar-based-services, such as hair salons, with an end-to-end solution to play in the digital market, while removing any roadblocks that may be standing in their way. The MUUME Head Office is based in Zurich, and our product and engineering team is based primarily in Moldova.
We are seeking a Head of Product (Maternity Cover 6 months) to join our Zurich-based team. In other words, a digital product leader that can offer their expertise in product management and delivery to help bring MUUME successfully to the market. This is a Zurich-based position with a flexible work-from-home policy.
Requirements
In this role you will be responsible for:
Planning:
- Planning and management of the MUUME digital product suite
- Identifying new opportunities and optimising existing products
- Taking ideas from concept to delivery, while balancing market needs and team capacity
- Conducting research and collaborating with the sales (local and international) and operations teams to set the product vision and subsequent roadmap
Responsible for product delivery:
- Collaborating with the product, design and engineering teams to deliver the product roadmap
- Coordinating the roadmap delivery in an agile, cross-functional squad-structure
- Coordinating and managing training the sales and operations teams in relation to the product evolution
Leading a team:
- Leading the product and design team
- Sharing best practice on product management and agile product delivery frameworks
- Guiding and mentoring product team on tasks and deliverables
- Guiding the team on training and personal development
- Cultivating and upholding a positive, motivated, and energetic team environment

- You are happy to work in a distributed, multi-cultural and multi-lingual team. The formal working language is English; however, German is a plus.
- You are a good communicator with high levels of assertiveness
- You have strong analytical, strategic, and coordinating skills with high attention to detail
- You can delegate, prioritise, and manage a considerable workload
- You have experience in a small company working in an agile product delivery framework
- You have 5+ years’ work experience in the digital product management field
