Main duties
- liaise with insurance brokers and insurance companies to obtain information necessary to proceed with the purchasing of new insurance policies, renewing existing insurance policies, claiming from relevant parties, others as advised by Insurance Committee
- negotiate with insurance brokers regarding insurance plans, premium and coverage to benefit from the group’s synergies
- coordinate internally with the corporate / country teams to obtain required documents, authorized approval and payment process necessary to complete insurance policies
- investigate, evaluate and settle claims with relevant parties ensuring reasonable reimbursement from insurance companies
- verify, analyse and summarize data related to insurance policies and loss ratios to provide actionable insight and create transparency on the total cost of risk
- build Enterprise Risk Management profile of the group
- identify and drive action plans for training and prevention to improve the group’s risk profile

Profile
- at least 5 years of professional experience within a international company in an similar environment
- proven track record in a fast-paced organisation
- excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
