Job Description
An ambitious forward thinking Dermatology company based in the centre of Basel have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain professional to join them as their Supply Chain Associate.
This company have an impressive year on year growth and are going through a global expansion. They currently have 7 products on the market but have more products in development which will be released in the next 2 years and will further add to an already strong portfolio.
Tasks
- Develop, manage and embedding of processes/SOP
- KPI/Dashboard management
- Inbound and outbound customs clearance
- Contribute to Sales amp; Operations Planning/Demand Capture
- Management of new product and new country launches
- Short term planning and scheduling
- Management of toll manufacturers
- Continuous improvement of processes and quality
- Stock and inventory management of raw materials and finished goods
- Management of inventory in remote distribution centres
- Managing packaging/sku changes due to regulatory/marketing needs
- Supplier amp; Sourcing Development- contingency planning
- Cost of goods analysis
- Quality management experience, knowledge of ISO 13485 amp; 9001 an advantage
- Non Conformance processing with root cause investigation and corrective action
Requirements
- Quality management experience, knowledge of ISO 13485 amp; 9001 an advantage
- Manufacturing experience an advantage
- Experience of shipping raw materials and finished goods internationally.
- Product development and packaging experience an advantage
- Understanding of production processes
- Strong IT skills/Microsoft Excel
- ERP/ Navision an advantage
- Fluent English. Additional languages an advantage
- 2+ years’ experience with an exposure to different areas within business
