Application Manager for MS Dynamics FO

Main duties

• Define and manage the application roadmap for our global MS Dynamics ERP solutions with specific focus on Finance amp; Operations/ Finance and Supply Chain module, incl. strategic roadmap, operations and delivery
• Develop and manage the engagement and relationship with all key stakeholders for Famp;O
• Responsible for whole budget planning and approval requests
• Lead the e2e delivery of new changes and system enhancements in the area of Finance amp; Operations

• Support, centralize and manage the demand from different projects requiring developments on MS Dynamics Famp;O systems

• Lead systems consolidation, decommissioning, and migration projects

• Lead and manage partners amp; system integrators, contractors, and internal employees across our global ERP estate

• Design, manage, maintain all quality and performance practices, standards, methodologies, and metrics across all MS Dynamics solutions

• Support post go-live issues management and escalations (via support team)

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant industry experience working in development and integration of large-scale solutions involving multiple technologies, platforms, and interfaces across in-house and externally developed systems (off-the-shelve)
• Expert-level experience with MS Dynamics solutions, especially Famp;O, CE as well as MS technology (MS Azure, PowerBI, etc.)
• Relevant experience leading global or multi-country rollout of a pan-European ERP solution
• Significant exposure and experience in working with and interfacing to global delivery teams
• Proven ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally
• Proven experience managing budget, internal and external teams

• Diligent and highly committed working attitude to proactively prevent issues upfront, quickly resolve active issues and drive excellence via test automation, continuous development/integration and deployment

• Advanced cloud development and agile project management methods and practices

• Excellent English communication and executive level presentation skills (C1)
