Be part of our mission to disrupt the healthcare and democratise the data driven medicine! SOPHiA is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join the team in our Lab in Geneva.

The Supply Chain Coordinator Master Data Management ensures the consistency and quality of SOPHiA Master Data. This job position implies to have a high level of knowledge about our Bundle Solutions’ content, including data on raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, services, documentations and working instructions.

The Supply Chain Coordinator ensures compliance with all internal procedures, policies and regulations and takes the required measures if necessary. The incumbent maintains and fosters cross-functional working relationship with the Sales Operations team, and monitors sales forecast related to upcoming orders.

• You will manage the full product code creation process
• You will participate in the definition of rules, procedures, roles and quality metrics to our Master Data management
• You will maintain Master Data up to date
• You will realise continuous training of Master Data management processes
• You will monitor CRM Sales forecast in context of upcoming orders and create working relationship with Sales Operations team
• You will propose solutions to our customers’ issues related to our Master DataDeal with internal requests related to our Master Data

Requirements

• CFC Administration with 2-3 years of experience in the field of Master Data Management
• Knowledge of ERP (365 Dynamic would be a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Pack Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• English amp; French proficiency is a must

You are conscientious and rigorous, with a highly developed team spirit. Well organised, you must be able to effectively work cross-functionally.
