As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will assist hiring managers in recruiting IT/Data Science teams in North America, create job advertisements and publishing them on Job boards, universities' career centers , etc. and coordinate all the recruitment process for North America.
As part of your responsibilities you will:
- Source potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Screen applications, giving feedback to candidates
- Conduct interviews on via Phone, Teams or face-to-face
- Draft employment letters
- Take references
- Contact external recruiters and negotiating terms of collaboration
- Negotiate compensation packag
- Send offer letters to selected candidates
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Experience in recruiting in Technology field a must
- Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcing Specialist or similar role in fast-growing company
- Effective time-management abilities, self-driven, ability to work independently
- Good verbal and written communication skill
