We are looking for a Implementation Specialist / External Training Specialist (m/f/d) for our PMO team. In this position, you will support, lead and implement various projects and train new partners to ensure high pharmaceutical standards.
Tasks
- Conduct market assessments on a global level
- Initiate contract negotiations (rates, setup, etc.)
- Execution of implementation projects, including training of new partners to ensure high pharmaceutical standards
- Supplier Relationship Management: first point of contact for all newly implemented partners worldwide, support during quality audits as SME
- Support in the maintenance of the SkyCell Container Pool
- Support of the Global Partner Management department in optimisation projects
- Support of the annual performance meeting
- Support/lead various projects within the department
- Continuous improvement: this includes process improvements, retraining of partners, etc.
Requirements
- Process-oriented mindset
- High technical understanding desired
- Quality-driven personality
- Willingness to travel internationally (20%)
- Experience in dealing with SOPs desired
- Experience in personnel training desired
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Very good command of spoken and written English, every other language is an advantage
