Clinical Program Leader
TFS, Switzerland

• Provide strategic and operational expertise in the project/product/program team
• Lead and manage the cross-functional clinical program team to deliver data generation activities according to plan
• Ensure delivery of clinical activities within the program to agreed timelines, budget and quality by close collaboration with Global Clinical Study Managers
• Ensure knowledge of the patients medical need, current clinical landscape and operational feasibility
• Forecast and manage the clinical program team resources and budget.

Requirements

• University degree in Life/Health Sciences
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience of planning, conducting and reporting multicenter, international clinical studies.
• Experience of budget and resource forecast and management
• Experience of managing external service providers
• Extensive experience of developing and implementing clinical strategies for drug development
