Investment Operations Specialist Venture Capital

As an Operations Specialist, you will

• Work in our investor relations team and run all investment rounds as of launch to closing (handle investment interests, process and file contracts and investor documentation, coordinate with the investment team to successfully close financing rounds).
• Working with our investor clients to ensure great customer service and efficient handling of more than 25 financing rounds a year.
• Work with our fiduciary company and our anti-money laundering specialists to ensure full compliance with know-your-customer (KYC) rules and anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
• Be responsible for legal review and improvement of investment contracts in collaboration with our legal counsel.
• Constantly propose improvements to streamline internal and external transaction processes both for startups and investors.

Requirements

• 2-3 years work experience:
  • You may be a good fit for this role if you have worked for a fiduciary (Treuhänder), in a back-office or operations role at a financial institution.
• Ability to work and prioritize independently, with relentless attention to detail.
• Highly professional communication skills. Very strong command of written and spoken English a must.
• Strong interest in the legal side of investment transactions, experience in a legal context a plus.
• Ability to learn new online tools fast and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
