We have an amazing opportunity for a CRM Marketing Manager to join a company bringing transparency and efficiency to the food delivery sector. Our platform applies tech solutions to the courier industry focusing on automation. We are now rapidly scaling and are looking to expand our Marketing team.
You will be joining a growing marketing function, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. You will be helping to create a growth strategy by monitoring analytics and interpreting the data. You will also be responsible for leading digital inbound and outbound demand campaigns, from planning and conception through to execution and measurement.
Requirements
To be successful as CRM Marketing Manager you will need:
- Experience with analytics tools, we expect you to be able to map out what tools are most beneficial for the business.
- Experience with CRM tools and Marketing Automation (email, SMS and push marketing) - hopefully with Braze or similar tool.
- Experience analyzing customer data and designing growth strategies and campaigns
- Experience producing marketing content, with additions like great subject lines, CTAs and creative tweaks that can make all the difference
- Create, define and execute Digital Media strategies including PPC promotional content strategies
- Managing paid ad campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance
- Ensuring successful campaigns managing bids and budgets to be able to meet the predefined KPIs
- Optimising campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment
- You test different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our product for each target group
- You build and run A/B tests across landing pages and our homepage
- You identify marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition with an implement, test, and measure mindset
- Ability to conduct ongoing competitor analysis to ensure best-in-class practises are applied
- Other general knowledge in digital marketing is a plus: CRO, UX and Analytics Build and maintain on-going reporting for business and management
- Manage agency relations
