For our Human Resources Department based in Lausanne, we are looking for a


HR Learning and Development Intern

(1 year assignment)


Your main responsibilities will include :

  • Support the design and organization of various learning amp; development initiatives;
  • Coordinate the corporate talent review and succession planning process;
  • Support in building an external training catalogue addressing specific employee development needs;
  • Support the establishment of individual or collective trainings and development plans based on needs assessment and performance appraisals outcomes;
  • Support in company culture initiatives (surveys, events, workshops,)
  • Organize and contribute to the design of team workshops;
  • Arrange and monitor employee engagement surveys;
  • Coordinate training participation, scheduling and delivery;
  • Draft documents, reports, presentations, email responses and other internal and external communications;
  • Perform other activities as may be assigned (e.g. : HR projects, administration, recruitment)


Requirements

Your profile:

  • Master in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
  • Practical work experience in Human Resources, with a preference for Talent Management amp; Development
  • Excellent spoken and written English and French
  • Team spirit and strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to build and deliver presentations
  • Good computer skills with requirement of MS applications
