Distalmotion prides itself on pioneering hybrid robotic surgery, thereby enabling millions of patients to get access to high-quality minimally invasive care. The key to our success is largely dependent our ability to orchestrate our internal teams and external partners to design, manufacture, commercialize and improve Dexter, our surgical robotics platform. We are currently searching for an experienced program manager to join our ranks and continue our tradition of success.

• Ensure global planning consistency across departments, from product release planning and sales forecasts to design transfer, manufacturing, installation, and servicing.
• Work closely with project leaders and management to translate company objectives into individual projects by planning, developing, and monitoring scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for all projects across the company.
• Proactively identify, analyze, and evaluate project issues, risks, and changes, and lead their resolution, mitigation, and implementation in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.
• Communicate project progress and changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Develop project assessment protocols for project evaluation and improvement.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering, business administration or related field
• 3+ years of successful experience in project / program management in regulated industries, covering product development and / or manufacturing related projects.
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
• English Fluent. French amp;/or German a plus
