Main duties
  • Enable and be a constructive challenger to the Group Function Leadership team to drive the overall people strategy, by designing and swiftly implementing people-oriented and organizational solutions in areas related to hiring, onboarding, development, capability building and engagement.
  • Understands the needs of the organization in terms of achieving maximum organizational performance and efficiencies.
  • Design and implement new HR processes for HQ from hire to retire.
  • Ensure communication and management of Group HR processes, such as workforce planning, performance management and annual compensation review.
  • Participate in implementing development programs including Functional talent and succession planning processes.
  • Develops, manages, coordinates, and administers programs and activities covering multiple HR activities. Supports personal change and organizational transformation.
  • Foster good employee relations and promote employee engagement to retain highly valued talent.
  • Contribute to global HR initiatives and work closely with the international HR team to deliver group wide initiatives and projects.
  • Provide relevant data and recommendations to guide decision-making related to business transformation, compensation, organizational structures, retention, promotions and other actives
  • Support through the entire people journey and are the link between the people-related needs of the different departments and stakeholders and the development and delivery of the global HR policies, priorities and program
Professional competence
  • Min. of 5 years experience as a HRBP in an international, sales driven organization and within a matrix organization
  • Strong proven leadership skills and experience with a solution-oriented, hands-on and can-do mentality
  • Fluent written and oral English amp; German language
  • Feel comfortable in a dynamic working environment and perform at their best in such an environment
  • Sound specialist knowledge of Swiss labour law and social security system
Profile
  • University Degree; a post-graduate Human Resources studies or master’s in human resources management
