Main duties
- Building knowledge centre based on data/marketing/trends (Business intelligence)
- Understanding existing business and business opportunities within Selecta world
- Contribute to local deals with knowledge and expertise in proactive clients meetings
- Contribute to local deals with knowledge and expertise in tenders/offers
- Build solutions that address the needs of the sector
- Build specific case studies on the sector
- Set up sector specific network and workshops
- Actively share knowledge with the countries
Professional competence
- Being able to analyse reports and build visual models for internal and external use
- Have a commercial supportive track record of co-winning significant new business deals within National/International accounts
- Be commercially driven, analytical, creative, eye for detail, quick-thinking, and a true team-player
- Given the need to coordinate internally, you must be process-driven with strong organisational and Microsoft package skills- you own this division
- Wide-ranging experience and Knowledge oft the Hotels/Leisure or Hospitalamp;Retail or Travel amp; Retail industry
Profile
- Be highly influential, direct and results-focussed
- Experienced working in an international matrix organisation is essential
- Tangible passion for Famp;B
- Higher education in Hotel Management/Travel Industry or similar
- Strong written/spoken English plus a second/more languages are of advantage (German, French, Dutch or another European language)
