We are looking for an Intern in Finance and Operations to join the CasperLabs team in Zug for a minimum of three months and an optional subsequent part-time arrangement. In this position, you will assist in a broad range of tasks in administration, finance, reporting, strategy and scaling the company. You will work directly with the finance team and the CFO as well as external service providers.
Responsibilities:
- Support company growth by providing valuable inputs for development of team structures
- Help implement systems and processes, such as crypto invoicing, contract management etc.
- Create slide decks and maintain up-to-date process documentation
- Interact with various stakeholders and helping them to get the relevant information
- Conduct market research and perform ad-hoc fact finding missions.
- Office management and admin support, global strategy for infrastructure setup
- Contribute to strategic projects and essential tasks and support general administration
- Compile financial and operational data and reports for ad-hoc requests and controlling tasks
Qualifications:
- Graduated Bachelor in Business Administration or similar
- Advanced Google Sheets (maintain complex spreadsheets) and Slides skills required
- Fluency in English required, working knowledge of German a plus
- Positive attitude and mature interpersonal skills
- Exhibit an enthusiastic, can-do spirit and approach your work with curiosity and resilience
