Key responsibilities
Lead a small Marketing team Design and execute the marketing strategy, initiatives and product launches for the entire Crypto Finance Group Define and execute a comprehensive digital strategy, including all web channels Responsible for the overall branding, positioning, and communication strategy of the Crypto Finance Group Engage, steer, and oversee external agencies Initiate and draft press releases, online content, and texts for various conferences and events, preferably in English and German Design and implement marketing plans, including campaign and communication strategies, and market strategy insights (digital and offline) Responsible for branding, advertising, events, and promotional activities Work on a wide range of tasks, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and PR Closely monitor competitors and market trends
Requirements
What we’re looking for
Several years of experience as Head of Marketing or Senior Marketing Manager A Finance, Consultancy, or Agency background is mandatory Experience in an international, fast evolving, B2B environment is strongly preferred Proven subject matter and people leadership skills Be entrepreneurial, fast learning, and self-motivated with a hands-on attitude A dependable, creative, and collaborative individual with a high attention to detail Able to work under tight deadlines Excellent IT skills in general (such as PowerPoint) and marketing specific applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English are a must Strong interest in blockchain technology and crypto assetsBenefits
