Smood is the Swiss food and grocery delivery company founded in 2012. We are present in over 23 major cities in Switzerland and are expanding fast day by day. To accelerate our strong growth, we are looking for our next marketing team member who is ready to take on a new challenge!
Working directly with the Head of Marketing, your mission is to:
- Execute graphics for all channels (online and offline)
- Being involved with marketing strategy and marketing actions
- Create overall design, look and feel for various projects and activations in collaboration with the marketing and other departments
- Using and evolving the brand to create original assets for cross channel campaigns
- Researching and analyzing current social media trends in terms of visual usage
- Actively engage in improving and innovating day to day work flows and design procedures
- Assist the team members to choose the right style, attractive graphics, images, and other visual elements to adept them according to the objectives of the project and activation
- Work with key business stakeholders to manage key brand design projects from concept through to execution

Requirements:
- Great taste and opinionated about design
- Strong portfolio that showcases your work, illustrating your involvement and how you contributed to solving specific problems with functional designs
- Well-versed in design principles, typography, colour, and layout
- Proficient Adobe Creative Suite
- Capable of articulating design concepts and turning feedback into design changes
- Excellent organisational, communication, and presentation skills
- Can-do, positive, ready to work attitude
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- A self-starter, someone who is proactive about creating and improving designs and processes
- Up-to-date with all current design technologies/trends and developments
- Understanding of UX, UI, and interaction design across digital touchpoints is a bonus
- Knowledge of web architecture (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus
Your profile:
- Bachelor Degree Graphic Design / Interaction Design or similar
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in a similar position, preferably in an agency
- English mandatory, German or French would be an asset
