Housekeeper-Property Maintenance - French Speaker

Job Description
A family living close to Rolle, Vaud, is looking for a Housekeeper-Property Caretaker, mostly to help with the exterior of the house. The family would like someone who is proactive, dynamic and with experience working in large proprieties. The family travels frequently and often receives guests. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working outside, who knows how to work in a team and also independently. Someone who can take care of the garden, the swimming pool in the summer, serve guests, attend deliveries, keep the outdoors cared for. Fluent French with a driving license is required for this position.
Location: Rolle, Vaud
Start date: end of August / September
Language required: Fluency in French and English would be a plus
Days and times: From Tuesday to Saturday, the schedule will be fixed directly with the employer.
Conditions: Live-out or live-in 5 days a week or live-out
- Maintenance of outdoor spaces including the swimming pool,
- Serve refreshments and meals
- Welcome and serve guests
- Help with deliveries and maintenance of the outdoors
- Care if something needs to be repaired. Call the professionals and supervise the reparations. electricity, changing lights, moving furniture, etc.
- Shopping, run errands.

Requirements
- Eligible to work in Switzerland: European passport or Swiss permit
- Experience of working in large private houses 3-5 years
- Very good references
- Fluent in French. English is a plus
- Teamwork. The family has more staff at the house including a gardener.
- Handyman/men skills are a great asset.
- Driving license is required
- Discreet and highly organized with attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
