Experienced Nanny for a baby and a toddler - Chêne-Bougeries

Job Description
A French-American family living in Chêne-Bougeries is looking for an experienced Nanny for a 2 years old boy and a baby of 5 months to start in September 2021.
The 2 years old boy is going to crèche from September everyday, except on Wednesdays.
Conditions: It is a long terme - Part-time job (32/35 hours per week) and live-out
The nanny needs to have experience working with toddlers or babies.
Languages needed: English or french fluent
Start Date: September 2021
Conditions: Live-out, sole charge of the children or shared care when the mother is at home
Days amp; Hours:4 days per week : Monday till Thursday from 9.00am till 6.00pm
Ideal candidate: The ideal will be patient, trustworthy, gentle, comfortable looking and caring for two kids including a baby, able to help the mother. We need someone who loves playing, getting the children involved in games and several interests.
Missions :
- Looking after the baby (feeding, changing, dressing, bathing etc)
- Bathe, dress and change his diapers.
- Feed him at the indicated times.
- Put him to sleep nap.
- When the toddler is going back from crèche or is there on Wednesdays: (see below)
- Organise activities, such as games, crafts, walks, among others.
- Guide and help with his daily hygiene habits.
- Keeping the children’s supplies maintained
- Develop interpersonal and social skills.
- Instruct children on safe behaviour when crossing the street, avoiding manipulating objects that are not safe, asking for help from adults, among others.
- Encourage the intellectual development of children using games and didactic books.
- Apply disciplinary measures against the bad behaviour of children.
- Tidying the child’s area
- Preparing meals for the kids and family if needed
- Preparing the child’s day (going for walks, baby groups etc)
Requirements
EU/Swiss Passport or Swiss Permit
Excellent References
Experience working with babies and toddlers
Responsible, reliable, trustworthy, gentle
Dynamic with a happy disposition and focused on safety and education
Fluent English or French
Driving licence is a big plus
First Aid and CPR training would be a big plus
