Your missionshould you choose to accept it:

As Smallpdf’s Talent Acquisition Lead reporting to our People amp; Culture Head, you’ll set up and run our talent acquisition strategy and team to attract and retain top global talent. You will help us grow while maintaining our unique DNA and culture.

Your responsibilities:

  • Take ownershipassemble, foster, and develop the Smallpdf talent acquisition dream team. Think innovative, collaborative, and disruptive super heroes.
  • Set and own the top level talent acquisition strategy and share your strategic vision with various stakeholders, including colleagues, hiring managers, team leads, and management.
  • Things changehave clear tactical focus and prioritization frameworks to help the team adapt and refocus quickly when necessary.
  • We are in a high-growth phase and need you to create scalable processes that can grow with us while keeping our employees and target talent in mind.
  • We love datause analytics to drive decisions while balancing pragmatism with creating the most value for the business.
  • Be our eyes and earsstay on top of the latest trends in TA and employee branding while maintaining a firm grasp on practical implementation.
  • Be Smallpdf’s ambassadororganize and attend career fairs and events to share your knowledge and learn from others to develop a profile in the market.
  • Recruit, source, and onboard high-quality talent.

Requirements

  • You are a passionate, self-motivated, organized, and independent strategic thinker.
  • You are fluent in English, German is unnecessary.
  • You have 5+ years of experience recruiting in the tech space, preferably in a fast-growing international environment.
  • You have 3+ years of proven management experience hiring, motivating, and developing teams with a great track record.
  • You love a challenge and have the hunger, drive, and knowledge to create and lead an impactful team.
  • You have experience with social recruiting strategieseffectively using social media channels to source great candidates.
  • You have a talent for aligning business requirements with objectives and coming up with solutions.
  • You are analytical and use data to showcase and measure success.
